firmware-intel-sound software package provides Binary firmware for Intel sound DSPs, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firmware-intel-sound
firmware-intel-sound is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firmware-intel-sound package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firmware-intel-sound *
You will get with firmware-intel-sound package name, version, architecture and description in a table
